Krillion Unlimited: unlimited practice explained
Updated:
What does unlimited mean here?
Krillion Unlimited and unlimited krillion describe the same unlimited-practice idea. On this website, you can finish a dive and start another without waiting for tomorrow. Each round has seven prompts from a curated bank of 210, divided into six themes. Unlimited describes the number of rounds, not an infinite supply of questions.
Unlimited practice versus the daily challenge
Unlimited practice generates a new seeded round when you start a fresh game. The daily mode uses the UTC date and question-bank version to fix its seven questions. Replaying the same daily date repeats that deck; another unlimited round can draw different prompts. Neither mode guarantees that every question is new to you.
| Practice or daily? | Unlimited | Daily challenge |
|---|---|---|
| Question selection | New seed for a fresh round | Fixed by UTC date and bank version |
| Theme selection | Classic mix or one of six themes | Daily classic mix |
| Repeating questions | Possible between rounds | Same date repeats the same deck |
Build a useful practice routine
Begin with the untimed option and one theme. After seven answers, read the accepted lists and identify one answer you did not know. Repeat with a new round, then turn the 25-second timer on to practise recall. Share a challenge link when you want a friend to use exactly the same deck, rather than compare two unrelated random rounds.
How scoring works in this edition
An accepted answer earns 10, 30, 60, 85, or 100 points. Total depth is ten times your score, so seven 100-point answers reach 700 points and 7,000 metres. These tiers are curated game values, not measurements of what other players entered. A skip or timeout earns zero; the countdown keeps running if you switch tabs.
Why is a real answer sometimes rejected?
The registered list is finite. A valid place, term, or translated spelling may not be in it yet. Capitalisation, punctuation, and Latin accents are normalised, and registered aliases work, but this is not an encyclopedia validator. Try the English name or a listed alternative, and report missing answers with the exact prompt and spelling.
Is this the official Krillion game?
No. This website is an independent implementation with its own code, artwork, question bank, and scores. It is not affiliated with Krillion.io. Other sites may offer different packs, answer lists, access terms, timers, or leaderboards. Our examples and scores apply only to this edition; check the original publisher for its own game and terms.
